    Good place. good sandwiches, good beer, good people. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's not. Place was packed to overflowing into the street when Dennis Kucinich was here 2 years ago and spoke there.

    Post Office update: They have removed the "one-sie/two-sie"stamp machine. So if you need to get a single stamp, prepare to wait on line and it is usually long and slow. Safeway "Customer Service" no longer supplies single stamps either. It was apparently too expensive or too much effort to continue doing so.

    Almost invariably the stamp machine is out of order. I've given up complaining to the clerks because it does no good. If you need one or two stamps you can get them at the Customer Service Counter at Winco. What about Safeway? Forget it!
